Background: DATEL Software Solutions was established in 2004 to address the needs of the rapidly expanding and changing call accounting market. Leveraging over 25 years of industry experience from parent company, The DATEL Group, we quickly established ourselves as an industry leader.

In 2006, DATEL joined the Avaya Developers Connection Program and developed Call SWEET! Live call center software specifically for the Avaya IP Office. In a very short period of time, Call SWEET! Live has become a standard on this platform. Today, we have over 1,000 customers and 150 business partners using and selling our solutions.

Customer Care provides the customer with patches, upgrades, unlimited phone support, and unlimited remote access for a period of one year. All of this support comes at no additional charge to the customer. This is the DATEL difference.
